Your Photos

Photos you upload are used only to generate the AI effect you request. They are processed on the fly and discarded immediately after your result is created.

We do not store your uploaded photos, we do not use them to train any AI model, and we never sell or share them with third parties for advertising.

Information We Collect

• Account details: when you sign in, we receive basic profile information (such as your name and email) from your chosen sign-in provider.
• Usage data: credits used, effects generated, and basic device/browser information to operate and improve the service.
• Purchases: subscriptions and credit packs are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive confirmation of a purchase but never your full payment-card details.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide the service — generate effects and track your credit balance.
• To manage your account, subscription, and purchases.
• To respond to support requests.
• To monitor performance, prevent abuse, and improve our features.

Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted providers to run Football Magic, including authentication and hosting (Google Firebase), the Apple App Store and Google Play for purchases, and privacy-respecting analytics. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.

Data Retention

Uploaded photos are not retained after processing. Account and usage records are kept while your account is active and deleted on request or after a reasonable period of inactivity.

Your Choices & Rights

You can request access to or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing support@looksyai.in. You can also stop using the service and cancel any subscription through your app store account.

Children

Football Magic is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
