The Service

Football Magic turns your photos into football-themed AI photos and video effects. Usage is metered in credits: each photo effect costs 5 credits and each video effect costs 20 credits. New accounts start with 5 free credits. You can add more credits through the Weekly Pro subscription (200 credits per week) or one-time credit packs.

Your Account

A free sign-in is required to use Football Magic so we can save your credits and creations. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

Acceptable Use

• Only upload photos you own or have permission to use.
• Do not upload unlawful, hateful, explicit, or infringing content, or images of other people without their consent.
• Do not use the service to impersonate others or to create misleading content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its credit system.

Credits & Payments

Credits are consumed each time you generate an effect and are not redeemable for cash. Subscriptions are billed and auto-renew through the Apple App Store or Google Play and can be cancelled there at any time. Credit packs are one-time purchases that do not expire. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the relevant app store and applicable law.

Your Content & Outputs

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You may use the AI outputs you generate for personal and social sharing. The Football Magic name, logo, and software remain our property.

Not Affiliated with FIFA or National Teams

Football Magic is an independent fan-content tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, any football association, national team, club, or player. Country names, jerseys, and tournament references are used solely to let fans create their own supporter content.

Disclaimers

The service and all AI outputs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated results may contain inaccuracies and are intended for entertainment and fan use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Football Magic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
